Welcome to LouMetJane, a sanctuary dedicated to holistic healing, spiritual awakening, and natural wellness. Founded by Satina Badgett, a gifted energy healer, LouMetJane is woman-owned and operated hemp and natural herbal manufacturing wellness center. Our mission is to reconnect individuals with their inner power by integrating the wisdom of nature, alternative medicine, and energy work.

Meet Our Founder

Satina Badgett is a spiritualist with a rich and diverse ancestral heritage, drawing from Native American, West Indian, German, and British roots. Satina carries the traditions, knowledge, and healing practices from these cultures, guided by a deep understanding of holistic health and alternative healing. With a passion for nurturing balance and well-being in the body, mind, and spirit, Satina integrates nature’s elements, Eastern medicine, energy work, herbs, and hemp into healing practices.

Beyond her dedication to healing, Satina has cultivated a broad range of expertise across multiple disciplines. As an award-winning culinary artist, real estate investor, and advocate for charitable services, Satina’s passion for creating, giving, and building a better world is evident in everything she does. Her creative pursuits extend into tattooing, jewelry making, pottery, glass blowing, and sculpting, reflecting her appreciation for craftsmanship and self-expression. In addition, Satina is an avid motorcyclist, music producer, and writer, constantly channeling her energy into creativity and exploration, including traveling for research.

A Journey of Growth and Impact

  • 2008: Began career as a private chef, honing skills in fine dining and culinary arts.

  • 2012: Established a public charity, focusing on social impact and community outreach.

  • 2013: Promoted to Executive Chef, earning awards for excellence in fine dining and innovative culinary leadership.

  • 2015: Achieved 501(c)(3) status for the charity and launched a resource center and mobile fresh food pantry. Also purchased property, marking the beginning of a real estate investment journey.

  • 2017: Founded a real estate investment company. Awarded a mission partnership with Ascension Health to support a fresh mobile food pantry, a $5k grant for real estate development, and a $20k grant for real estate development.

  • 2018: Secured a $5k Kroger grant for food access, advancing community development efforts.

  • 2019: Founded Natrabis CBD Indy, expanding into the holistic wellness sector and offering natural healing products and services.

  • 2021: Rebranded Loumetjane, solidifying a presence in the wellness community. Gained access to a food share platform and was awarded a startup initiative.

  • 2022: Featured on a podcast, sharing expertise on holistic healing and wellness practices.

  • 2023: Expanded professional expertise by obtaining insurance licenses, enhancing the ability to offer comprehensive health and financial solutions.

  • 2024: Launched a remote InsurTech insurance agency, broadening service offerings and making a second podcast appearance to discuss the intersection of holistic wellness and insurance solutions.
